the appaling treatment my brother had at your hospital glan clwyd,left alone nin the toilets in a and e and had to call 999 to get the police to get nurses to help him.another staff nurse who when my brother asked to see a doctor at night time was told this is a 9 to 5 hospital and you will have to wait untill 10 am to see a doctor,another time staff didnt give him any food at teatime and he had to ask for it but they fed everyone else,my brother was sent home around 6,30 pm 9/9/2016,within hours he had to get the out of hours dr,out as he had a infection, he was sent home with a very private infection,by matron hailey lowe against the familys wishes and complaints

I would just like to pass on my very grateful thanks to all staff at the Glan Clwyd Hospital following my heart attack on Monday 15th July. Within 24 hours of the heart attack, I was on my way with 2 stents fitted ! The care and professionalism administered by all staff, paramedics, ambulance, CCU and the Catheterisation team members was second to none. Thank you very much guys and girls, I owe you big time !
